I just absolutely love Ice Cream Sandwiches. They are one of my favorite desserts. Here’s a quick recipe.
-12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed eggs
It’s Hot Fudge Sundae Day! Celebrate by making your own! It’s really simple. All you really need is ice cream, fudge, toppings, and anything else you want. There are many variations but, here’s a simple one.

2 cups sushi rice (short-grain jasmine)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
Wash the rice until the water is clear. Place in a covered pan and add the water. Cover and bring to a boil over high.
Reduce heat to medium and boil for 5 minutes, then reduce to low and continue boiling for 15 minutes. DO NOT remove the lid while cooking. Remove from heat and cool while combining the salt and vinegar.
Slowly cut the vinegar into the rice, coating all of the rice. Allow the rice to cool until it is cool enough to touch.
*keep a bowl of ice water near by to dip your fingers in (process = faster, smoother)
-1 cup orange juice
-1 baby spinach leaves (very large handful)
-1 cup green grapes (frozen)
-1 bananas (medium, frozen)
Mix in the blender in the order listed. Enjoy!
